1. How do I reset my password?

2. How much time do I have to complete the course and test?
You will have 36-hours from purchase to complete the course and the competency exam.  Should the course expire prior to your completion, you may email our office at: support@meducate-cannaceu.com. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24-business hours.

3. How do I receive the certificate of completion?
Immediately following a passing score (80%), the certificate of completion will automatically generate. Click on the my enrolled courses page and then “Certificates” to view or download your certificate.

4. Are the course credits automatically reported to CE Broker?
Yes.

5. How to share a compliment or file a grievance?
We strive to pleasantly present accurate and educational information to our students. Should your experience result in concerns or grievances, you may contact our office via email at: support@meducate-cannaceu.com.  

Please submit a brief description of the concern along with the course title and proper contact information.  If a refund is warranted, it will be issued to the card on file. Reimbursement may take 7-10 business days to post.

6. How is my information used?
Meducate-cannaceu.com strives to keep all customer information secure.  Except for unavoidable payment affiliate purposes and partner affiliations to award CEUs, we do not intentionally share your information. We do not sell your information. We do our best to maintain accurate and current website, board-certification, and professional association content. We encourage you to review respective board requirements and approved courses prior to completing course registrations. It is ultimately the licensee’s responsibility to verify CEUs have been applied through https://www.cebroker.com.
